CASE STUDY: Driving Better Results
DiamondNine was briefed to help a team to improve operational performance by facilitating change management processes that became embedded in local practice.
We supported a local Manager and her multidisciplinary team to improve performance outcomes for customers, and to facilitate change management support to make improvements.
The results were:
- The work established significant scope for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across all the business.
- Through experimentation, the team was able to show how delivering services in a different way dramatically improved service performance, improved deployment of employee capabilities, and illustrated where efficiencies could be made. Productivity improvements for the employees alone increased from 25% to 80% during experimentation.
